Lunch

Lunch will be in addition to your registration fee each day and can be purchased at the time of registration. The lunch options are as follows;

Gourmet Sandwich Lunch including Tea & Coffee - €25 per day 

Hot Buffet Lunch including Dessert/Tea & Coffee - €40 per day

The above costs are inclusive of morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks

Host Party

Friday 7th November 2025

 

Join us for the Host Party, taking place in the iconic Croke Park Stadium. Croke Park is the  headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). Ireland’s national games of Gaelic Football, Hurling and Camogie. With over 2,500 clubs all around Ireland and the world, the GAA is a beacon for bringing people together. We hope hosting the Lion Europa Forum Host Party in this unique venue will be a beacon for bringing the Lions community together in Dublin. Guests of the host party will enjoy great food from Croke Park’s sustainable 50 mile menu, drinks and Irish cultural entertainment and games.

 

Please note that the Host Party is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is € 90.00 pp, which can be booked at the time of registration.

Forum Gala Dinner

Saturday, 8th November 2025

 

Those attending Lions Europa Forum 2025 Gala Dinner can be assured of an unforgettable evening of excellent food, fine wine, and an evening of cultural entertainment that only Ireland can offer! All of this in an atmosphere of engagement and networking among friends will no doubt mean the  Lions Europa Forum 2025 Gala Dinner will be one to remember for many years to come! The Forum Gala Dinner will take place in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. 

 

 Please note that the Forum Gala Dinner is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is € 125.00 pp, which can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited and so early booking is advised.

Visa Letters

Delegates requiring a Visa letter/invitation letter can email the request to Lionseuropaforum2025@abbey.ie

Please note that visa letters will only be provided for delegates who have paid for their registration in full.

These fees are available to the first 1,000 registrations. After that, the fees will be adjusted to:

Terms and Conditions of Registration
  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to lionseuropaforum2025@abbey.ie 

  • For cancellations received before 5 October 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted.

  • After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund. 

  • Substitutions are welcome

  • In the unlikely case that the forum cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Forum registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates. You are advised to have your adequate insurance to cover for travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The Lions Europa Forum 2025 organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance. The Forum Organising Committee or its agents will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss or accidents incurred during the conference. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident or loss. Where a delegate has to cancel for medical reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply.

Lions Charity Concert

Wednesday 5th November 2025

 

Lions Charity Concert European Chamber Players, will take place on

Wednesday, 5 November 2025 at the Royal Irish Academy of Music

by a chamber orchestra composed of former laureates from all over Europe and conducted by Wilhem Walz Conductor

 

Please note that the Lions Charity Concert is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is € 20.00 pp, which can be booked at the time of registration.
